Test Scope

 

Review & Test Weeks – Weeks 9 & 10

Hello G6-A1 Parents,

 

Our class will have their first round of Exams starting next week for this semester.

 

Please note the scheduled test dates: 

The Listening/Reading Test will be on

 Wednesday, April  6^th .

The Oral Presentation Test will be on

Thursday and Friday, April 7^th and April 8^th and Monday April 11^th.

The English Written Test will be on

Wednesday, April 13^th .

 

       The tests will cover the following:

 

LISTENING / READING TEST:

Use and trust your instincts. Stay focused and listen carefully to the whole conversation before selecting your answer. Some of the questions will try and trick you.

 

ORAL PRESENTATION TEST:

Create an original short story, 2-3 min long based on the Rain Forest topic provided.

 

WRITTEN TEST: 

Review Communication book, Reader-Writer Book, homework writing books, quizzes and Unit tests for weeks 1-8.

Be able to match core vocabulary to its easy definition

Reader-Writer 5.2 Stories and Articles –Weslandia, Exploding Ants, and Ghost Liners – Titanic

 

Adjectives and Articles, Subject and Object pronouns, Possessive pronouns, and Graphic Sources.

 

You should have a good understanding of each stories plot.

 

 

 I have asked the students to bring home their books so they can prepare for the exam.
