Test Scope for the 2nd Exams

 

Review & Test Weeks – Weeks 15  & 16

Hello G6- A1 Parents,

 

Our class will have their second round of Exams starting next week for this semester.

 

Please note the scheduled test dates:

 

The Listening/Reading Test will be on

 Wednesday – May 22^nd .

 

The Oral Presentation Tests will start on

Wednesday May 22^nd. Thursday May 23^rd, and Friday May 24^th .  

 

The English Written Test will be on

Wednesday – May 29^th.

 

       The tests will cover the following:

 

LISTENING / READING TEST:

 

Use and trust your instincts. Stay focused and listen carefully to the whole conversation before selecting your answer. Some of the questions will try and trick you.

 

ORAL PRESENTATION TEST:

 

Create an original short story, 3-4 min. long based on the topic provided.

 

 

WRITTEN TEST:

 

Review Communication book, Reader-Writer Book, homework writing books, quizzes and Unit tests for weeks 9-14.

Be able to match core vocabulary to its definition

Reader-Writer 5.2 Stories and Articles – The Mystery of Saint Matthew Island, King Midas and the Golden Touch, and The Hindenburg.

Comprehension of events in the stories is a must.

You should have a good understanding of each stories plot.
