Review & Test Weeks – Weeks 18 & 19

Hello Parents,

Our class will have their second round of Exams starting next week for this semester.

Please note the scheduled test dates: 

The Listening/Reading Test will be on Wednesday, June, 12^th.

The Oral Presentation Test will be on Thursday, June, 13^th.

The Grammar Test will be on Monday, June, 17^th.

The English Written Test will be on Tuesday, June, 18^th.

Jim Thorpe Unit Test will be on Thursday, June, 20^th.

       The tests will cover the following:

FOR ALL EXAMS:

Review Communication book, Reader-Writer Book, homework writing books, quizzes and Unit tests for weeks 13-18.

Reader-Writer 4.2 Stories and Articles – Moon Walk, Far Side of the Moon, Jim Thorpe  

Be able to match vocabulary to its easy definition

LISTENING / READING TEST:

Use and trust your instincts. Stay focused and listen carefully to the whole conversation before selecting your answer. Some of the questions will try and trick you.

ORAL PRESENTATION TEST:

Individual one on one discussion with your teacher. Discussing the differences between two similar pictures, assimilating information from two data sheets, and building a narrative from story board pictures.

GRAMMAR TEST:

Fun Grammar Units 30-36

WRITTEN TEST: 

Review Communication book, Reader-Writer Book, homework writing books, quizzes and Unit tests for weeks 13-18.

Understand what the different genres of the stories are.

The students must know the content of the stories. Please re-read all the main stories.
