Class 6-A1 - 1st Semester - Week 12 Review Week and Test Scope

 Hello G6-A1 Parents,

 Our class will have their first round of Exams starting next week for this semester.

 Please note the scheduled test dates: 

The Listening/Reading Test will be on

 Wednesday, November 17^th.

The Oral Presentation Test will be on

Tuesday, November 16^th to the 18^th

The English Written Test will be on Tuesday, November 23^rd .

       The tests will cover the following:

FOR ALL EXAMS:

Review Communication book, Reader-Writer Book, homework writing books, quizzes and Unit tests for weeks 7-11.

Reader-Writer 5.1 Stories and Articles –Ten Mile Day and Hold the Flag High

Be able to match vocabulary to its easy definition

Be familiar with the sample sentences

 

LISTENING / READING TEST:

Use and trust your instincts. Stay focused and listen carefully to the whole conversation 

before selecting your answer. Some of the questions will try and trick you.

 

ORAL PRESENTATION TEST:

With a partner, create an original short Reader’s Theater script, 4-6 minutes long to be 

performed in front of the class with your partner.

 

WRITTEN TEST: 

Review Communication book, Reader-Writer Book, homework writing books, quizzes and Unit tests for weeks 7-11.

Be able to match core vocabulary to its easy definition

Understand Contractions, Cause and Effect, and sequence  

 Reader-Writer 5.1 Stories and Articles – Ten Mile Day and Hold the Flag High

 You should have a good understanding of each stories plot.

  I have asked the students to bring home their books so they can prepare for the exam.
